Claude Monet Sunflowers painting
Lord Frederick Leighton Leighton Flaming June painting
Each morning sees some task begin,Each evening sees it closes,Something attempted, something done.Has earned a night’s response.
Whenever I’m ready to go to bed. I’m bound to recall this poem which is real and beautiful, and most important of all, it has the magic power to bring me a sweet dream and a peaceful feeling. The reason why I love this poem so much is for a true story. Above all in the story the spirit of the person touches me deeply. In a university, a young girl whose major is computer has a kind of terrible disease—cancer, and there is little chance to cure. Undoubtedly, it is the most miserable thing to her. This means she has to give up everything in the near future, including the most precious thing –her life. As a dying person, her words impress me so much that I can’t forget it forever. She said “I appreciate all the kind-hearted people who give me enough encouragement to fight against the disease. Frankly, I’m not afraid of death, but as a person, I should perform my duty for the society. I can’t leave without doing it.Although my ability is limited, I will try my best.”
